About Andrew Kubala
Pastor Andrew is a powerful and inspirational communicator who regularly speaks to audiences across Australia and around the world. He has been in ministry for over 25 years and both he and his wife Janine travel extensively throughout the world.
Andrew was born in Gore, New Zealand. At the age of 13, Andrew was diagnosed with Leukaemia and spent the next 5 years in and out of hospitals receiving treatment. After being given a 10% chance of surviving, Andrew was prayed for by his Christian youth pastors and from then on things began to miraculously turn around. In 1989, Andrew received a successful bone marrow transplant and has been free from cancer ever since. In the eyes of the medical professionals, Andrew’s recovery was ‘miraculous’ and his performance throughout chemotherapy and the bone marrow transplant has become a benchmark for cancer treatment throughout the world.
In 1991 Andrew felt the call of God to attend Faith Bible College in Tauranga. A year later he returned to Gore to become the Youth Pastor at Calvin Presbyterian Church where he grew one of New Zealand’s largest youth ministries at the time.
In 1994 he moved to Christchurch and worked as an itinerant evangelist with Open Air Campaigners, before becoming the Youth Pastor at City New Life Church in Christchurch. In 2003, Andrew and Janine moved to Auckland and became a part of the team at LIFE with Pastors Paul and Maree de Jong. In 2008, Andrew and Janine moved to Sydney, Australia to establish a ministry as itinerant healing evangelists in partnership with C3 Oxford Falls with Ps Phil and Chris Pringle. Andrew has been married to his wife Janine for 19 years. They, along with their two sons, Samuel and Jonathan, have recently relocated their ministry to Wollongong, Australia.
The vision of Kubala Ministries is to “connect people to God through the preaching of the Gospel and demonstration of God’s power through healing”. Kubala Ministries aims to fulfil this vision by partnering with local churches to build God’s Kingdom through evangelism and healing the sick. They currently operate the following ministries:

Andrew’s strength is his ability to connect with people and lead them to Christ. His gift of healing and working in the power of the miraculous will open hearts and minds to the reality and love of God. Since Kubala Ministries was established in July 2008 Andrew and Janine have seen tens of thousands of decisions for Christ and miracles of healing.
